Carnage @ Mengoni! | NY Velocity - New York bike racing culture, news and events i was convinced that mengoni grand prix would be cancelled today due to rain. i was caught out on my training ride and had to hide under a bridge for 20 mins. because i couldn’t see 3 feet in front of me.
