It’s amazing how much one gets to love the feeling of being totally spent. It’s unlike any other types of physical and mental exhaustion. You don’t feel exactly like this after working hard on weekends or pulling a all-nighter. It’s its own unique poison just like a shot of Jager with root beer. You become so thoroughly aware of your breathing. Your eyes are half closed. You have hard time holding on to your thoughts. Everything feels heavy, even your nails. The empty stares. You are completely enveloped in this gray nirvana of pulsating fatigue and burn you can almost touch it, and you certainly don’t want it to end. Hard day. Suffer. Glory. Proof of life.
